Search Estonian companies free in the e-Business Register, run by the Centre of Registers and Information Systems (RIK), including shareholders, annual reports and filed documents. All company data has been free since 1 October 2022. In 2026 beneficial owner data moved from public view to tiered access for authorities, obliged entities and persons with a legitimate interest, who must log in. Companies are identified by the registry code (registrikood).

- Beneficial owner data moved from fully public to tiered legitimate-interest access in 2026 (Ministry of Finance blog, 17 June 2026); older English help pages still describe it as public. Daily open-data files have omitted personal ID codes since 1 November 2024, and XML and API query services require a contract with RIK.
