Search Guernsey companies for free on the Guernsey Registry portal, which shows registered office, registration date, status and economic activity. Directors appear only in the Statement of the Register, which costs £15 electronic to £100 certified on paper. Beneficial ownership data is open to public authorities and, since August 2025, to AML/CFT-supervised entities for due diligence. Companies are identified by a numeric registered number.

- Statement of the Register: registered number, name, incorporation date, status, entity type, liability, economic activity, registered address, previous names, current and previous directors (with service address), current and previous resident agents, and list of filed documents.
- What to know before a KYB check
- Director details require buying the Statement of the Register; shareholder information is not held for public access. Bulk resident agent and registered office reports (£250 or £350) are restricted to CSPs.
