Search Dutch companies free on the KVK website by name, KVK number or keyword. Under the 2026 tariffs, viewing an extract online costs €2.95 and a digitally certified extract €9.60. The UBO register is closed to the public; access is tiered for obliged professionals such as banks, notaries and lawyers, and for competent authorities. Companies are identified by an 8-digit KVK number, and each establishment has its own establishment number.

- Since the CJEU ruling part of the register is closed, and access is tiered (UBOB1 to UBOB3) for obliged professionals such as accountants, lawyers, trust offices, banks and notaries, and for competent authorities including the FIU. Since April 2026 six sectors can order certified UBO extracts online or by API; KVK lists no access route for the general public.
