Check Philippine companies for free with the SEC’s Check with SEC service, which returns the SEC registration number, company name and status. General Information Sheets, audited financial statements, articles and by-laws are ordered as plain or authenticated copies through SEC Express. Beneficial ownership is filed in the SEC’s HARBOR registry, which is open only to authorized SEC personnel and government agencies. Companies are identified by the SEC Registration Number.
