Search DIFC entities free on the DIFC Public Register, kept by the DIFC Registrar of Companies, which shows name, registration number, legal structure, status and individual shareholders. Certificates of good standing and incumbency and register extracts cost $100 each plus an AED 20 Knowledge and Innovation fee. UBO data is not public; the Registrar discloses it only to regulators, law enforcement and other authorities prescribed by law, or with the entity’s consent. Companies are identified by the DIFC registration number.

- What to know before a KYB check
- The Operating Law requires the Registrar to make current public registers freely available for viewing; certificates and extracts are paid. DIFC entities keep a private UBO register and notify the Registrar, but UBO data is not published.
