Search Mexican companies in the Registro Público de Comercio through SIGER 2.0, which requires a user account; fees are set by each state. The RPC holds pre-coded summaries of corporate acts, so constitutive documents usually come from the company or its notary. There is no central beneficial ownership register: companies keep their own beneficial owner records and provide them to the SAT on request. Companies are identified by the Folio Mercantil Electrónico and the 12-character RFC tax ID.

What an official extract contains
The RPC works with pre-coded forms and does not keep or provide copies of original deeds.
What to know before a KYB check
The RPC holds pre-coded summaries of corporate acts, not the notarial deeds, so constitutive documents usually come from the company or its notary. Corporate notices are published separately in the Secretaría de Economía PSM system (psm.economia.gob.mx).
